Animal profile
Tyson is a 1-year-old Boxer mix, weighing 60 lbs, and he’s full of energy! Although he’s a little fearful at the shelter, he craves affection and needs to gain confidence in a calm and reassuring environment. When he’s unsure, he may lie down on the ground with his tail tucked in, but he’s still curious and has great potential to become a loyal companion. 🐾
This dog is very active, so he needs more than just daily walks to be happy. He loves interactive games, training sessions and having opportunities to run around to burn off energy. If you don’t have a garden, he may pull a little too much on the lead, so it would be ideal to provide him with a space where he can burn off his energy. 💥
Tyson is a foodie and treat-responsive dog, which will make training easier to help him learn good manners. It will be important to give him time and patience, and a dog trainer would be a great support to help him desensitize to noises and novelty. 🎾
If he shows interest in other dogs, he may be a little fearful at first, but with gradual introductions, he can make new four-legged friends. On the other hand, if there is a cat in the house, it will also take him a little time to learn to coexist calmly with it. 🐱
Tyson is also a vocal dog, which means he loves to express how he feels. But when he’s in a safe environment, he’ll show his true personality: happy, excited, and ready to interact with you. Whether it’s coming for cuddles or playing hard, he’s full of life! 💖
If you are an active and patient family, ready to offer him a structured framework and moments of relaxation, Tyson could well become your ideal companion. ✨
