Adoption Form

Once your form has been received by our team, we will contact you to complete the adoption process with you. Please note that requests are processed according to the order in which the forms are received. We do not maintain a waiting list for upcoming animals and do not make reservations.

It is possible that in the description of the dog you are interested in, there is a mandatory refundable deposit (additional fee) to attend private behavioural classes. Are you aware of this? *

Since 2012, Proanima has placed animal welfare and the highest level of service at the heart of all actions and decisions. Our non-profit organization implements animal management and prevention processes for partnered municipalities and their citizens while providing advice, assistance, and resources to greatly limit animal abandonment.
